Section 441.205 - Online Access to Cultural Resources
The commission may:
(1) encourage Texas institutions, including libraries, archives, museums, historical societies, and governmental entities, to develop ways to provide Internet access to digitized cultural resources; and(2) provide leadership in collaborative efforts among the institutions to achieve this goal.
