Section 547A.0009 - [Effective 4/1/2025] Administrative Costs

The commission may use a reasonable amount not to exceed five percent of the money the legislature appropriates for the purposes of this chapter to pay administrative costs of implementing this chapter. (Gov. Code, Sec. 539.009.)
