Section 2310.110 - Amending Boundaries(a) The nominating body may amend the boundary of a readjustment zone by ordinance or order, as appropriate, adopted after a public hearing on the issue.(b) The amended boundary: (2) may not exceed the original size requirement of Section 2310.101; and(3) may not exclude any qualified business designated as a defense readjustment project included within the boundary of the zone as designated.(c) The readjustment zone with the amended boundary must continue to meet the location requirements of Section 2310.101(a)(4).(d) A nominating body may not make more than one boundary amendment annually for a readjustment zone.(e) For each amendment of a readjustment zone boundary, the nominating body shall pay the bank a reasonable fee, in an amount specified by the bank, not to exceed $500. The bank may use fees collected under this subsection to administer this chapter and for other purposes to advance this chapter.Tex. Gov't. Code § 2310.110
