A project to which a low income housing tax credit is allocated under this subchapter shall comply with the accessibility standards that are required under Section 504, Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Section 794) , as amended, and specified under 24 C.F.R. Part 8 , Subpart C.
