Section 2306.0321 - Appeal of Board and Department Decisions(a) The board shall adopt rules outlining a formal process for appealing board and department decisions.(b) The rules must specify the requirements for appealing a board or department decision, including:(1) the persons eligible to appeal;(2) the grounds for an appeal;(3) the process for filing an appeal, including the information that must be submitted with an appeal;(4) a reasonable period in which an appeal must be filed, heard, and decided;(5) the process by which an appeal is heard and a decision is made;(6) the possible outcomes of an appeal; and(7) the process by which notification of a decision and the basis for a decision is given.Tex.
