Section 347.004 - Compliance With Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act(a) A creditor shall comply with all applicable requirements, including required disclosures, under the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq.) and its subsequent amendments, as implemented by Regulation Z ( 12 C.F.R.
