Section 1051.101 - Notice Required for Application for Guardianship; Citation of Applicant Not Required(a) On the filing of an application for guardianship, notice shall be issued and served as provided by this subchapter.(b) It is not necessary to serve a citation on a person who files an application for the creation of a guardianship under this title or for that person to waive the issuance and personal service of citation under this subchapter.Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823, Sec. 1.02, eff. 1/1/2014.
