Section 127.100 - Custody of Test Materials(a) The presiding judge is the custodian of the test materials until they are delivered under Subsection (b).(b) The sealed container holding the test materials shall be delivered to the general custodian of election records with the delivery of the election returns prepared at the counting station.Tex.
