Section 15.024 - Corrected Registration Certificate(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), after correcting the registration records with respect to a voter, if necessary, the registrar shall issue the voter a registration certificate containing the appropriate corrections and deliver it to the voter not later than the 30th day after the date the registrar receives notice of a correction.(b) A corrected certificate is not required for a correction to the registration records under Section 15.022(a)(5).Amended by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 844, Sec. 3, eff. 9/1/2007.
