Section 39.059 - [Multiple Versions] Data Transparency(a) In this section: (1) "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.(2) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003.(b) Before the initial release of academic accountability ratings for a school year, the coordinating board shall provide to each school district a copy of all source data as submitted to the coordinating board by an institution of higher education that the coordinating board provides to the agency to consider in: (1) determining the district's accreditation status under Section 39.052; or(2) assigning performance ratings for the district or the district's campuses under Section 39.054.Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 871 (H.B. 3011), Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/2019.
