Section 29.084 - Tutorial Services(a) Each school district may provide tutorial services at the district's schools.(b) A district that provides tutorial services shall require a student whose grade in a subject for a grade reporting period is lower than the equivalent of 70 on a scale of 100 to attend tutorials.(c) A district may provide transportation for a student who is required to attend tutorial services and who is eligible for regular transportation services.Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. 5/30/1995.
