Section 62.062 - Limitation On Newspaper Publication(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a local law enforcement authority may not publish notice in a newspaper or other periodical or circular concerning a person's registration under this chapter if the only basis on which the person is subject to registration is one or more adjudications of delinquent conduct.(b) This article does not apply to a publication of notice under Article 62.056.Tex.
