Section 52.156 - Enforcement By Attorney General(a) The attorney general shall enforce this chapter.(b) The attorney general may: (1) recover a civil penalty not to exceed $2,000 for each violation of this chapter; and(2) seek equitable relief to restrain a violation of this chapter.
