Section 302.061 - Exemption: Persons Conducting Certain Isolated Telephone Solicitations

This chapter does not apply to a person engaging in a telephone solicitation that:

(1) is an isolated transaction; and

(2) is not done in the course of a pattern of repeated transactions of a similar nature.
