Article 7863 - Change In Plans
Current with legislation from the 2023 Regular and Special Sessions signed by the Governor as of November 21, 2023.
If after an election has been held for the issuance of bonds, the directors shall consider it necessary to make any modification or change in any proposed improvements, they shall, with the concurrence of all the directors, be authorized to make such change.
