Section 61.84 - Activities Prohibited During Cancellation or Suspension(a) A person whose license is cancelled may not sell or offer for sale malt beverages for a period of one year immediately following the cancellation, unless the order of cancellation is superseded pending trial or unless the person prevails in a final judgment rendered on an appeal prosecuted in accordance with this code.(b) No person may sell or offer for sale an alcoholic beverage which he was authorized to sell under a license after the license has been suspended. If it is established to the satisfaction of the commission or administrator at a hearing that an alcoholic beverage was sold on or from a licensed premise during a period of suspension, the commission or administrator may cancel the license.Tex.
