Section 76.043 - Expiration and Renewal(a) Registration of a pesticide expires on the second anniversary of the date of its approval or renewal except that the department shall by rule adopt a system under which registrations expire on various dates during the year.(b) A person who applies for renewal of registration shall include in the renewal application only information that is different from the information furnished at the time of the most recent registration or renewal.(c) A registration in effect on its expiration date for which a renewal application has been filed and renewal fee has been paid continues in effect until the department notifies the applicant that the registration has been renewed or denied renewal.Tex.
