Section 62-6-110 - Register of applicants - Roster of licensees(a) The executive director shall keep a register of all applicants for license, showing for each applicant the date of application, name, qualifications, place of business, place of residence and whether license was granted or refused.(b) The books and register of the board shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded in the books and register.(c) A roster showing the name, business address, business telephone number and qualifying agent of each licensed contractor shall be prepared by the executive director of the board.
