Section 62-1-125 - Notice to board of material changes in licensee's status or other information(a) Every licensee shall notify the board in writing within thirty (30) days of: (1) Any material change in the information previously furnished to or required to be furnished to the board, including, but not limited to, the holder's name or mailing address;(2) Any conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction of a felony; or(3) The limitation, suspension or revocation of the right to practice public accountancy by any state board of accountancy or any other state, federal or international agency.(b) Every office registered pursuant to § 62-1-113 shall notify the board in writing within thirty (30) days of any change of address or location of the office.
