Section 4-52-103 - Staff, office space and supplies - Travel expenses - Administrative attachment(a) Any agency of state government may provide staff and other assistance to the fund, subject to existing statutes, rules, and policies.(b) Subject to existing statutes, rules, and policies, the fund may procure office space and supplies necessary to enable the fund to effectively carry out the program.(c) All reimbursement for travel expenses shall be in accordance with the comprehensive travel regulations, as promulgated by the department of finance and administration and approved by the attorney general and reporter.(d) For administrative purposes, the fund shall be attached to the department of education.
