Section 47-906 - Office; access to information and personnel; investigation(1) The office shall have access to all information and personnel necessary to perform the duties of the office.(2) A full investigation conducted by the office shall consist of retrieval of relevant records through subpoena, request, or voluntary production, review of all relevant records, and interviews of all relevant persons.Neb.
