Section 68.70.030 - Enforcement(1) Any individual who has been subjected to discrimination in violation of this chapter may initiate a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin further violations and recover the cost of the suit including reasonable attorneys' fees.(2) The court must accord priority on its calendar and expeditiously proceed with an action brought under this chapter.(3) Nothing in this section is intended to limit or replace available remedies under the Americans with disabilities act of 1990 and the Americans with disabilities act amendments act of 2008 or any other applicable law.Added by 2019 c 315,§ 4, eff. 7/28/2019.Findings- 2019 c 315 : See note following RCW 68.70.020.
