Section 67.70.130 - Prohibited acts-Penalty(1) A person shall not alter or forge a lottery ticket. A person shall not claim a lottery prize or share of a lottery prize by means of fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation. A person shall not conspire, aid, abet, or agree to aid another person or persons to claim a lottery prize or share of a lottery prize by means of fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.(2) A violation of this section is a class B felony punishable according to chapter 9A.20 RCW.2003 c 53 § 304; 1982 2nd ex.s. c 7 § 13.Intent-Effective date-2003 c 53: See notes following RCW 2.48.180.
