Section 46.72B.120 - Public safety measures, not indicative of employment relationship

Any safety product, feature, process, policy, standard, or other effort undertaken by a transportation network company, or the provision of equipment by a transportation network company, to further public safety is not an indicia of an employment or agency relationship with a driver.
