Section 210-4 - Criminal offense(a) Criminal offense.--A person who knowingly sells or offers for sale, wholesale or retail, the fur, skin or hair of a dog or cat or any product or part of a product containing the fur, skin or hair of a dog or cat commits a criminal offense.(b) Grading of first offense.--A person who commits the criminal offense that is provided for under subsection (a) commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.(c) Grading of subsequent offense.--A person who commits the criminal offense that is provided for under subsection (a) within five years of a prior conviction for the same offense commits a misdemeanor of the first degree. 2001, Dec. 17, P.L. 912, No. 103, § 4, effective in 60 days.
