Section 3761-805 - ReportingThe department shall report annually to the Governor and the General Assembly on the activities of the clearinghouse. The report shall include:
(1) The number of individuals who have been assisted by the clearinghouse under section 804(a)(1) and the number of such individuals undersection 804(a)(2).(2) The number and benefits of patient assistance programs listed with the clearinghouse.(3) The number of patients referred to publicly funded programs under section 804(b). Programs under this paragraph include, but are not limited to, the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly program, medical assistance and programs of the Department of Veterans Affairs.(4) Other information deemed relevant by the department.1971, Aug. 26, P.L. 351, No. 91, § 805, added 2003, Nov. 26, P.L. 212, No. 37, § 10, imd. effective.
