Section 301.4 - Segregation of duties(a) A person who provides financial services to the Treasury Department shall not benefit directly or indirectly from the investment actions of the Treasury Department except as provided in the contract for the provision of those services. No person providing financial services shall knowingly do indirectly that which is directly prohibited by this section.(b) A violation of this section constitutes a misdemeanor of the third degree.(c) For the purposes of this section, "financial services" shall include, but not be limited to, the providing of investment advice and management of investments.1929, April 9, P.L. 343, art.
