Section 57012 - Width of public streets(a) The width of a street in townships shall not be less than twenty-four feet nor more than one hundred and twenty feet. The minimum required width shall be in addition to any width required for necessary slopes in cuts or fills.(b) The width of an alley shall be subject to the discretion of the board of commissioners.1931, June 24, P.L. 1206, art.
