Section 56579.28 - Purchase and planting of trees

The board of commissioners may accept, purchase and plant, or contribute to the purchase and planting of, shade trees and shrubs along the streets, highways and sidewalks of the township and have the care, custody and control of shade trees pursuant to Article XXX.
