The said park commissioners shall have power to exclude from the park manufactories therein, so as to leave the ownership in the owners thereof, with defined boundaries under agreements to be made between the said owners and the city of Philadelphia, to run with the title, in manner to protect the purity of the waters of the Schuylkill and the Wissahickon, and to preserve good order in the park, and to prevent the sale of intoxicating liquors upon any part of the premises, to be so left in private ownership; and such exemption from being taken for public use may be for a term of years or in fee.
