Section 4623 - Exhaust from steam pipes, etc

No steam exhaust, blow-off or drip pipe shall connect with a sewer or house drain, leader, soil pipe, waste or vent pipe. Such pipes must discharge into a tank or condenser, from which suitable outlet to the sewer shall be made. Such condensers shall be water-supplied, to help condensation and protect the sewer, and shall also be supplied with relief vent to carry off dry steam.
