Section 991.1501 - Statement of purpose

The purpose of this article is to regulate the formation and operation of risk retention groups and purchasing groups in this Commonwealth formed pursuant to the Risk Retention Amendments of 1986 ( Public Law 99-563, 100 Stat. 3170) to the extent permitted by such law.
