Section 10231.608 - IssuanceA permit issued by the department to a medical marijuana organization shall be effective only for that organization and shall specify the following:
(1) The name and address of the medical marijuana organization.(2) The activities of the medical marijuana organization permitted under this act.(3) The land, buildings, facilities or location to be used by the medical marijuana organization.(4) Any other information required by the department.Added by P.L.
