Section 1680.412c - Ongoing foreclosure study

The agency shall monitor foreclosure activity and trends in this Commonwealth, using data and information accumulated from notices and applications for assistance processed under this article, and shall, as appropriate, provide recommendations for addressing any problems identified in this monitoring effort.
