Section 1785 - Expulsion on improper conduct; filing of vacancy

The faculty of each normal school shall have the power to expel any student attending on district account for improper conduct, which expulsion and the cause of it shall forthwith be certified in writing by the principal to the directors of the district from which the expelled student was admitted, whereupon such directors shall have the right to supply the vacancy thus created.
