Section 15-1525.1 - Calculation of Average Daily Membership for a Dual Credit Course.(a) Notwithstanding 22 Pa. Code § 11.5 (relating to part-time attendance for potential graduates) or any other provision of law, each high school student who is enrolled in a dual credit course through an agreement entered into in accordance with section 1525 may be included in the school entity's average daily membership.(b) By September 1, 2024 the Department of Education shall issue a report on the data compiled by the department in section 1525(e) to the chair and minority chair of the Appropriations Committee of the Senate, the chair and minority chair of the Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives, the chair and minority chair of the Education Committee of the Senate and the chair and minority chair of the Education Committee of the House of Representatives.
