Section 4662 - Railroad employe abandoning train

Whoever, being a locomotive engineer or other railroad employe engaged in any strike, abandons the locomotive engine in his charge, when attached to a passenger train, at any place other than the scheduled or otherwise appointed destination of such train is guilty of a summary offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).
