Section 11681 - Saving clause(a) This act shall not impair or affect any act done, offense committed, or right accruing, accrued, or acquired, or liability, duty, obligation, penalty, judgment or punishment incurred under the provisions of any prior act providing for the creation, maintenance and operation of a county employes' retirement system.(b) The provisions of all acts which are repealed by this act shall be considered as remaining continuously in force so far as concerns all rights vested and accrued, and liabilities, duties and obligations incurred under such provisions before the effective date of this act.1971, Aug. 31, P.L. 398, No. 96, § 31.
