Section 1408 - Police radio in third class counties

The district attorney of any county of the third class may, with the consent and approval of the county commissioners, at the expense of the county, purchase and maintain a short wave police radio receiving and transmitting set and the necessary equipment therefor, to be installed and used in the office provided for the district attorney.
