Section 8244 - Liability of partner when claim against partnership barred

If a claim against a dissolved limited liability partnership is barred under this subchapter, any corresponding claim under sections 8436 (relating to partner's liability), 8473 (relating to liability of person dissociated as partner to other person) and 8485 (relating to liability after dissolution) is also barred.
