Section 807.320 - Court issued temporary driver permit(1) Courts shall provide for issuance of court issued temporary driver permits in a manner consistent with this section. A court issued temporary driver permit grants only those driving privileges specifically granted under the permit.(2) If a court takes immediate possession of a license or driver permit under ORS 809.275 upon suspension or revocation of the driving privileges under the license or driver permit, the court shall issue a court issued temporary driver permit to the person convicted if the court determines issuance of the permit is necessary to give full effect to the requirement that the court take the license or driver permit under ORS 809.275.(3) A court issued temporary driver permit: (a) Shall be issued in a form specified by the Department of Transportation.(b) Is valid until midnight of the day of conviction of the person issued the permit.1983 c.338 §324; 1993 c.751 §47
