Section 805.261 - Disposition of moneys from cultural registration plate surcharge(1) After deduction of the cost of administration of the cultural registration plate program, moneys from the surcharge imposed by ORS 805.260 shall be transferred to the Trust for Cultural Development Account established under ORS 359.405.(2) As used in this section, "the cost of administration of the cultural registration plate program" is the sum of all Department of Transportation expenses for the issuance or transfer of cultural registration plates under ORS 805.260 that are above the normal costs of issuing, renewing and transferring registration plates in the normal course of the business of the department.
