Section 475C.333 - Prohibition against giving marijuana item as prize; penalty(1) A marijuana item may not be given as a prize, premium or consideration for a lottery, contest, game of chance, game of skill or competition of any kind.(2) Violation of this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
