Current through 2024 Regular Session legislation effective June 6, 2024
Notwithstanding ORS 414.065 and 414.690, medical assistance provided to a member of a coordinated care organization or a medical assistance recipient who is not enrolled in a coordinated care organization shall include the testing and treatment, as described in section 4 of this 2024 Act, performed or provided by a pharmacist.
