Section 382.425 - County clerk as clerk of county commissioners; records of proceedings

In all proceedings relative to the bonds or to bridge construction, the County Clerk of Multnomah County shall be the clerk of the board of county commissioners. The records of all proceedings shall be recorded in the books of the county clerk.
