Section 377.740 - ORS 377.700 to 377.844 not intended to authorize signs prohibited by other governmental units

Nothing in ORS 377.700 to 377.844 and 377.992 is intended to permit a person to erect or maintain any sign that is prohibited by any governmental unit.
