Section 260.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Effective 91st day after sine die](1) The Campaign Finance Education Fund is established in the General Fund. Moneys in the Campaign Finance Education Fund are continuously appropriated to the Secretary of State for the purpose of carrying out the duties described in section 21 of this 2024 Act.(2) Moneys in the fund shall consist of: (a) Moneys appropriated or transferred to the fund by the Legislative Assembly;(b) Moneys transferred to the fund pursuant to section 5a (1)(c) of this 2024 Act; and(c) Other amounts deposited into the fund from any source.Added by 2024 Ch. 9,§ 5b, eff. 91st day after sine die.
