Section 184.630 - Research program(1) Except as otherwise provided by law, the Department of Transportation shall provide a research program for divisions within the department, using the staffs of such divisions for development of solutions to such needs as might arise.(2) The Director of Transportation may provide administrative facilities and services for the divisions within the department. 1969 c.599 §5; 1973 c.249 §19
