Disbursements may be made from the Attorney General's Evidence Fund to the Attorney General upon appropriate voucher and claim for the purpose of paying fees and expenses of a confidential nature.
The Attorney General shall retain written receipts for all expenditures so made and promulgate written rules to provide strict accountability for such expenditures.
