Section 1-740 - Abortion on minor without parental consent or knowledge - LiabilityAny person who performs an abortion on a minor without parental consent or knowledge shall be liable for the cost of any subsequent medical treatment such minor might require because of the abortion.

Casey, 505 U.S. 833 (1992), thereby restoring to the State of Oklahoma the authority to prohibit abortion; or 2.
